Stefanié B. Lomax is the CEO/HR strategist of HRPro4You, LLC, a minority, woman-owned HR consulting firm. Since 1999, she has been helping companies maintain an effective and legally compliant HR infrastructure. With HR experience in numerous industries, including healthcare, real estate, and IT federal government contracting, her roles have been to provide daily oversight, administration, and management of all HR functions, including performance management, benefits, compensation, training and employee development, employee relations, and recruiting. HRPro4You, LLC has expertise in developing, implementing, and interpreting policies and procedures related to all HR functions within organizations, with an emphasis on providing a customized solution for each individual client.
Backed by Stefanié’s knowledge and experience, HRPro4You, LLC has developed customized, results-driven HR solutions designed to help businesses and organizations “EmbraceHR” by creating effective HR infrastructures or by revamping their current infrastructures to fit their future needs. With an understanding of the HR challenges businesses face, her consulting firm is able to quickly assess and measure what is currently in place, make recommendations, and strategically implement solutions, which can significantly reduce the financial impact that not acting may have on businesses.

Bob’s strategic and analytic work helps clients create practical solutions through the use of internal and external data, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and supporting communication and infrastructure assessments. He specializes in leadership and staff compensation, incentive plan design, strategic workforce planning & analytics, and other practical total rewards consulting services that enable a client’s workforce strategies.
Bob earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University, and has completed advanced studies in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University.Bob is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
