Karen Kane

Karen Kane is a certified leadership and team coach with over 25 years of professional experience. She works primarily with leaders in the non-profit and government sectors who are dissatisfied with how their teams are operating and not getting the results they know are possible. She has successfully helped both individual and team clients increase their self-awareness, get and give more effective feedback, engage more constructively in conflict, enhance their emotional intelligence, and manage change successfully. Currently Principal of Still Point Leadership, Inc., Karen brings a results-focused and somatic orientation to her work and uses a variety of tools and methods to support her clients in achieving their goals. In addition to coaching leaders and teams, she has an extensive background in training and facilitation, where she developed the skills of listening deeply, helping groups have hard conversations, and designing effective learning tools. She holds an MA from the Leadership Institute of Seattle and is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation.
