NCUA Town Hall: Exam & COVID-19 Issues

John Kutchey, Regional Director, Eastern Region NCUA

The NCUA Eastern Region Director, which includes Maryland, Virginia and DC, addresses recently issued guidelines and changes to NCUA’s examination program.  Mr. Kutchey will discuss supervisory approaches to how credit unions can provide prudent relief to members without jeopardizing safety and soundness.

About the Presenter:

John E. Kutchey is the NCUA Regional Director for the Eastern Region which includes CT, DE, DC, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT and WV.  John previously served as the agency’s Deputy Executive Director and has also served as the Director of Risk Management and as a Regional Director of Supervision.
