ABOUT THE SPEAKER
CARRIE HUNT, became President & CEO of The Virginia Credit Union League on June 1, 2021, succeeding longtime president Rick Pillow.
Previously Hunt served as the Executive Vice President of government affairs and general counsel for the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU). She managed the association’s legislative, political, regulatory, compliance and research divisions and acted as staff liaison to federal regulatory agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the National Credit Union Administration.
Hunt was named a top lobbyist in 2019 and 2020 listings compiled by The Hill.
