ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Rich Rademacher – CFM Business Development Associate - Rich joined the team in 2013. While at Morgan-Keller, he has also held roles as Commercial Facilities Maintenance (CFM) Services Manager and Senior CFM Services Manager. Rich has 17 years of construction / maintenance experience and has extensive senior project management knowledge within the commercial construction industry.
Matt Trendell is the Director of Business Development and Preconstruction. He has over 23 years of experience and has been with Morgan-Kellar for the last 8 years. His roles have included Project Manager and Project Development Manager. His responsibilities include oversight of business development, marketing strategies, and preconstruction services. Matt earned his LEED AP and Leadership Frederick County program certifications.
Will Trott joined the M-K team in February of 2020 after graduating from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. While at Morgan-Keller, Will has utilized his marketing background to support the M-K team, and he is quickly learning about all different types of construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
