MACUMA has enjoyed many years of successful educational conferences with our valued members and partners. With the continuing concerns of COVID-19 and our members safety and well-being of greatest importance, we are changing the format of the MACUMA Accelerated Career Habits Professional Training Seminar to a virtual event.

MACUMA has rescheduled this event for October 27th as an online virtual professional development event.

We are seeking rising stars to be a part of this comprehensive leadership training designed to you bridge the gap to senior management. Join distinguished industry veterans along with MACUMA board members as they cover credit union leadership, management training, finance, project management, and how to better understand credit reports.


Who Should Attend

Credit union staff in any department who wish to ascend to a higher leadership role.

Rising leaders in the credit union industry need to understand the basics of credit union finance and how we report the results of our operations within our industry. We will approach these topics by providing an overview of the fundamentals that comprise our financial statements and how we differ from banks, and will review the types of risks our industry needs to mitigate to continue to advance successful and thriving credit unions.

If a cancellation is received for this event, a refund will be issued in the amount paid minus a $20 nonrefundable administrative fee. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event to qualify for a refund. An attendee may also opt to transfer his or her registration to another attendee within his or her own company at no cost. All requests must be made in writing and sent to MACUMA.
