Welcome to the MACUMA 68th Annual Leadership Conference, the premier event on our annual calendar, taking place May 12th to 14th, 2026, at the stunning Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina.

We're excited to announce these stellar featured speakers at this years' Leadership Conference:
Frank Santucci - is Managing Director of Research at Stifel. Mr. Santucci is an authority on asset liability management in the institutional fixed income market and brings over 30 years of credit union marketplace and economic expertise as he discusses what lies ahead for credit unions.
Sarah Cooke - is the principal at Cooke Consulting Solutions, a business-to-business communications strategy firm. She has more than 23 years of experience in the credit union community, more recently as publisher and editor-in-chief of Credit Union Times, leading the publication to two consecutive years of record revenue, profits and readership. She also serves as Vice Chair at $632M APL FCU and founding co-chair of the Capital Region Sister Society of WOCCU’s Global Women’s Leadership Network.

The MACUMA Leadership Conference wouldn’t be complete without a golf outing. So grab your clubs, head out to the driving range and get your swing in shape for a great afternoon of golf.

The shotgun start tees off at 11am on Tuesday at the beautiful and picturesque River Marsh Golf Club. Nestled among virgin hardwood forest, open fields, and native sand pockets, this course celebrates the Eastern Shore's beauty. Prepare for an epic challenge at the 18th green, bordered from tee to hole by the Choptank River.
