Membership Form

Joining MACUMA is easy. Just complete the membership enrollment form and submit it as noted below. Checks can be mailed to:

Each year, your organization may purchase any number of memberships that may be used by any individual within the organization. When joining, please ensure to complete membership information for the person most likely to use the membership. This will be the official member of the association, and the only person allowed to vote at the annual meeting. However, this individual membership will be transferable for monthly membership meetings and fall conference attendance.

Yearly membership dues are as follows:

Members:
Staff and volunteers of natural person credit unions. These members have voting rights.
Annual Dues: $95

Affilliate Members:
Staff and volunteers of corporate credit unions and employees or owners of organizations that provide services to credit unions. Affiliate members do not have voting rights. Up to four people may be listed in the directory and attend events at the member rate.
Annual Dues: $395 Additional memberships may be purchased at $95 each.
